Omah lay is an Afro beat Artist . His real name is Stanley Omah didia, born to a family with deep music origin in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Omah lay is not only an artist but also a song writer. He realized his first debut in February 14, 2020. His song " Bad influence" made a big hit in the music world. His name as been heard all over social media and his music style been compared to JoeBoy and Wizkid because of his unquienes and amazing vocals.
He has recently featured DJ spinnal in his song "Tonight" .

5 Steps to overcoming fear

Fear is an emotion caused by anxiety or the uneasiness of being afraid of something or someone. It good be seen as a false belief of a particular thing or person.

Fear is a thought and as human we can be able to control this thought , thinking positive and brave thought on purpose.
If you follow this simple five steps like I did , you can be able to overcome any form of fear

1. Accept that you are afraid: one of the basic problem of fear is that people do not believe that they are afraid or having any form of fear at that moment or situation. The first step to change , is to accept that you're wrong and that you're actually afraid. Accepting it will help you conquer the next step. Which is..

2. Know that the fear is temporary : for example if a person is afraid of height and decided to climb a tower or a mountain, that fear or phobia would come again, triggering sweat and most times bounding hearts. Accepting that this fear is temporary will help you understand that you are afraid for no reason and you could actually overcome your fear .

3. Change your thinking: as a man thinketh so he will be become. Fear comes by your thought. When continuously think fearful thought you will become more and more afraid of that person , object or animal. Bravery is the cure to mental slavery .

4. Breathe: here breathe, it works like magic, sometimes this fear may cause , anxiety, worrying and headache. Breathing, by exhaling and inhaling fresh air would help you calm you down

5. Prayer : yes I kept the best for last. Praying is a powerful way you can overcome any fear. When you talk to God is prayer about your fear. You becomr more free and your anxiety would subside in just few minutes.
And here they are the five simply steps to overcoming any form of fear.
